Job Overview

This key sales position provides assistance to the sales director and team by performing sales and marketing support tasks for residential and assisted living levels. It involves collaboration with all sales teams and offers office management, clerical, and receptionist duties. The sales assistant is often the first contact prospective residents have, setting the tone of competence, caring, and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

1. Greet visitors and contact inquiries, providing information or referring to sales staff.
2. Respond to inquiries via phone, website, or email, and assist with tours and marketing events.
3. Prepare orientation packets, move-in information, and resident welcome gifts.
4. Support sales activities through administrative tasks such as preparing correspondence, tracking occupancy, and organizing applicant files.
5. Maintain a professional and organized office environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college or business education preferred.
• At least one year of office support experience; sales, marketing, or healthcare experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience advantageous.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and remain calm in emergencies.

Physical Requirements

Mostly office-based with mobility needed for site visits and event staffing. Ability to handle light materials and operate office equipment is essential.
