Base pay range

$48,000.00/yr - $50,000.00/yr

We are growing and seek a Sales Administrative Assistant who excels in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. If you’re organized, personable, and eager to make a positive impact, this could be the ideal role for you! This is an in-person role at our location near 86th and Michigan Rd in Indianapolis.

What You’ll Do

As the Sales Administrative Assistant, you’ll be the friendly first impression for customers and vendors while keeping our sales and estimating team running smoothly. Your days will be filled with variety - from greeting guests in our showroom to supporting sales by ordering supplies, scheduling, preparing proposals, and coordinating other tasks. You’ll keep things organized, professional, and moving forward. You\'ll also learn our sales process and have a career path in this role in sales!

In this role, you will:

• Be the welcoming voice on the phone and the friendly face in our showroom
• Create a positive experience by offering hospitality and maintaining an inviting space
• Support the sales team with scheduling, data entry, and customer communications
• Track and follow up on sales leads to keep opportunities moving
• Coordinate with vendors and the warehouse team to ensure timely orders and deliveries
• Prepare customer-facing materials such as proposals, invoices, and estimates
• Handle office support tasks like filing, scanning, and ordering supplies

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of administrative or customer service experience (sales/retail a plus)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and open to learning new systems
• Friendly, professional, and self-directed team player, yet also satisfied with heads down, detail-oriented work off the main showroom for long stretches
• Commitment to creating excellent experiences for our customers
