Job summary

Discovery Land Company is seeking a Sales Assistant for its Homewood Mountain & Lake Club location near Lake Tahoe, CA. You will support the Sales team with CRM activity, coordinate tours, manage contracts and events, and assist with marketing materials to ensure a premium client experience.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in a related field. MS Office and Adobe design skills are a plus, with year-round full-time employment and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a relevant industry or professional function.
• Design skills desirable; experience working with MS Office suite, as well as Adobe design packages desirable

Responsibilities

• Provide general assistance to the Sales team including tracking sales prospects’ communication with sales ambassadors and marketing team.
• Experience operating and managing CRM systems.
• Coordinate tours of prospects at project, including accommodation, transportation and any other services as appropriate.
• Contract coordination and administrative support for executing Purchase Agreements and Signature Memberships.
• Working alongside Member Services to help coordinate the prospect and new Member experience, including property visits, welcome amenities, gifting, and other hospitality touchpoints.
• Update sales reports on a regular and consistent basis, ensuring high quality and accuracy of information.
• Act as the main point of contact for events at project including working with internal and external event planning team members on ensuring flawless execution of prospective member and buyer events.
• Update and communicate with corporate marketing and corporate sales team members to ensure that event is to Discovery standards.
• Assist with marketing materials as needed.
• Gather sales and marketing materials, as requested by sales team or prospective buyer’s request.
• Serve as main administrative contact and administrative assistant / coordinator for sales office and project.

Homewood Mountain & Lake Club is seeking a Sales Assistant to join the Sales Department. We are currently seeking motivated and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our growing team. Compensation $28.85-$35.00, Hourly, Full-Time, Year-Round
