Job summary

Bergstrom Audi of Appleton in Appleton, WI is seeking a Sales Assistant to support the Sales Advisor with administrative tasks, guest communication, and test-drive coordination. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly wage and a Monday–Saturday schedule.

You will organize guest files, input leads into the CRM, prep sales documents, and assist with promotional campaigns while learning CRM systems and Google Suite.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and CRM systems.
• Guest-first mindset focused on building relationships.
• Ability to work independently while supporting team objectives.
• Prior experience in sales or administrative support.
• Knowledge of the automotive industry or interest in it.

Responsibilities

• Organize guest files and manage Sales Advisor calendar.
• Prepare documents for appointments and sales transactions.
• Serve as liaison between guests and the Sales Advisor.
• Assist locating and prepping vehicles for test drives.

What You'll Do

• Administrative Support: Organize and maintain guest files, manage the Sales Advisor’s calendar, and prepare necessary documents for appointments and sales transactions.
• Guest Interaction: Act as a liaison between guests and the Sales Advisor by handling inquiries, scheduling test drives, and providing prompt follow-ups.
• Inventory Management: Assist in locating and preparing vehicles for test drives, ensuring that the inventory is presentable and ready for guests.
• Data Entry: Accurately input guest information, sales leads, and follow-up notes into the CRM system.
• Communication: Maintain open and timely communication with the Sales Advisor to coordinate daily activities and prioritize tasks.
• Marketing Support: Help with the creation of promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the Sales Advisor’s clientele.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to support the dealership's overall sales goals.

Schedule

Monday-Saturday (5-day work week)

Monday–Thursday: Shifts scheduled between 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM

2 early shifts / week (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

2 late shifts / week (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

As Needed / Potential of 2 Saturdays per month - will be discussed during interview process

Pay of $16.00- $20.00/hour based on experience.

• Knowledge of or interest in the automotive industry.
