Bergstrom Mazda of Appleton in Wisconsin invites you to join as a Sales Assistant (Product Genius). On the showroom floor you will showcase vehicle technology, conduct demonstrations, and guide guests through feature-rich experiences after the sale.

You will collaborate with Sales Advisors to explain infotainment, connectivity, and safety features, lead engaging test drives, and deliver thorough vehicle deliveries that leave guests confident and excited about their purchase.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
• Passion for automotive technology and guest service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain complex technologies in a simple way.
• Proficient with technology, including mobile devices, apps, and automotive systems.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product demonstrations and showcase vehicle technology.
• Lead engaging test drives and vehicle deliveries.
• Explain infotainment, connectivity, and safety features to guests.

If you are a tech-savvy communicator who thrives on delivering outstanding service and wants to build a rewarding career, with plenty of opportunities for advancement at Wisconsin’s largest dealership group, this is the perfect opportunity for you.Vehicle and Technology Expertise:Develop an in-depth understanding of all vehicle models, trims, features, and technologies offered by Bergstrom Automotive.Stay up-to-date on new product launches, industry trends, and technological advancements.Guest Engagement:Welcome and assist guests by providing product demonstrations tailored to their needs.Educate guests on the functionality and benefits of advanced features, such as infotainment systems, safety technologies, and connectivity options.Conduct test drives and answer questions to ensure guests feel confident in their vehicle choices.Support the Sales Team:Collaborate with Sales Advisors to support the guest buying journey.Assist in explaining product features and benefits to enhance the sales process.Provide guidance to team members on vehicle technology and updates.Delivery Experience:Ensure each guest receives a thorough and personalized vehicle delivery experience.Demonstrate how to operate vehicle features and set up customization options for guests.Follow up with guests post-purchase to answer questions and provide continued support.Showroom Presentation:Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom.Set up displays and ensure vehicle technology is functional and ready for demonstrations.Schedule: Monday-Saturday (5-day work week)Monday–Thursday: Shifts scheduled between 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM2 early shifts / week (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)2 late shifts / week (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PMSaturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMScheduled 2 Saturdays per month, with one weekday off during those weeksPay of $16.00-20.00/hour based on experience.
