Job summary

Bergstrom Audi of Appleton seeks a Sales Assistant to provide administrative support and exceptional guest service. You will organize guest files, manage the Sales Advisor’s calendar, and prepare documents for appointments and transactions.

You will interact with guests, assist with test drives, maintain CRM data, and support marketing efforts. This role requires strong organizational skills, a customer-first mindset, and reliability.

• Prior experience in a sales or administrative support role preferred.
• Knowledge of or interest in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Administrative support: organize guest files, manage Sales Advisor calendar, prepare documents for appointments and transactions.
• Guest interaction: act as liaison, handle inquiries, schedule test drives, provide prompt follow-ups.
• Inventory management: assist in locating and prepping vehicles for test drives; ensure inventory is presentation-ready.
• Data entry: input guest information, sales leads, and follow-up notes into CRM system.
• Communication: maintain open, timely communication with Sales Advisor to coordinate daily activities.
• Marketing support: assist with creating promotional materials and campaigns for the Sales Advisor’s clientele.
• Collaboration: work with team members to support dealership’s sales goals.
