Sales Arborist - Relocate to New Rochelle, NY

Compensation: $65,000 - $200,000 annually, based on experience. This position is based in New Rochelle, NY, with relocation assistance provided.

Responsibilities include servicing, maintaining, and expanding a well-established territory, providing diagnosis and estimates for tree, plant health, and lawn care for residential and commercial clients in Southern Westchester County.

Responsibilities

• Visit high-end commercial and residential properties to diagnose and monitor landscapes
• Develop client proposals, negotiate contracts, and bid for residential and commercial projects
• Implement tree care, lawn care, and plant health care programs
• Supervise crews, ensure quality work, and complete jobs to client satisfaction
• Prospect for new business opportunities
• Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety policies
• Participate in community and industry events to build your professional network

Requirements

• Proven ability to establish and grow a sales territory
