Job summary

ZP Group is seeking a driven sales apprentice in Columbia, MD. You will start by learning the recruitment lifecycle over six months, then enter our mentorship-focused Sales Readiness Program, with promotion to Account Manager based on merit.

Expect an ambitious, fast-paced environment with uncapped earning potential, a base salary, and benefits including a laptop, travel incentives, and a 401k match. Remote Fridays are supported after initial onsite training.
