Job summary

ZP Group is seeking a driven candidate for a sales apprenticeship program designed to develop you into an elite sales professional. You will learn recruitment lifecycle for six months, then enter our mentorship-focused Sales Readiness Program with the goal of promotion to Account Manager.

Initially you will recruit on open roles for Fortune 500 clients, partnering with an experienced Account Manager, and progressing through structured mentorship to build a base of customers and drive client

Responsibilities

To begin, you will recruit on open positions for our Fortune 500 customers.
Partner with an experienced Account Manager to learn from them and help drive their business forward.
Advance into our Sales Readiness Program as you develop your skills.
Upon promotion to Account Manager, you will develop and service your own customer base by creating meaningful partnerships and driving client outcomes.
