Job summary

ZP Group, the parent company of Zachary Piper Solutions and Piper Companies, is seeking an ambitious Associate Account Manager in Tysons, VA. You will begin in a sales apprenticeship program designed to develop you into an elite sales professional.

You will learn the recruitment lifecycle for 6 months, then complete our mentorship-focused Sales Readiness Program, with the end goal of earning a promotion to Account Manager.

Qualifications

• Fortune 500 recruitment for a sales-complex role; core learning in the recruiting lifecycle.
• Willing to complete a mentorship-focused Sales Readiness Program.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and apply new business development skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with an experienced Account Manager to learn and drive the business forward.
• Recruit on open positions for Fortune 500 customers to build sales development.
• Advance into the Sales Readiness Program and grow into ownership of client relationships.
• Develop and service your own customer base after promotion to Account Manager.
