ZP Group invites ambitious, hardworking candidates to join a six-month recruitment apprenticeship, then progress through a mentorship-driven Sales Readiness Program toward promotion to Account Manager.

You will recruit for Fortune 500 customers, learn from an experienced Account Manager, and, upon advancement, manage a growing customer base with strong earning potential including base salary and commissions.

• Recruit on open positions for Fortune 500 customers and build foundational sales skills.
• Develop and service your own customer base after promotion to Account Manager.
