After foundational training, long-term placement may occur in Minneapolis, MN or Des Moines, IA, with up to 50% travel. The position emphasizes a strong work ethic, customer focus, and rapid learning to prepare for future Sales Representative or Account Manager responsibilities within a supported, growth-oriented

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong industry background.
• Willingness and ability to operate equipment after training.

Responsibilities

• Learn and understand Ziegler's structure, units, and workflows.
• Communicate progress and training needs to supervisor.
• Shadow Sales Representatives and Account Managers on visits and calls.
• Develop basic product knowledge of Ziegler's equipment lines.
• Enter and maintain accurate customer information in CRM.
• Support branch operations by observing parts, service, and product support activities.
• Interact professionally with customers and employees in all settings.
