Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Reach out to clients via phone, email, or other communication methods to follow up after their sales appointments.
2. Ask clients about their experience and ensure all questions or concerns are addressed.
3. Identify any additional needs or information required to move forward with the sales process.
4. Keep detailed records of follow-up conversations and ensure any follow-up actions are documented.
5. Provide feedback to the sales team about client responses and potential sales opportunities.
6. Assist in scheduling follow-up meetings or calls if needed.
