Job summary

AIRSYS USA is seeking a Sales Engineer to act as a technical partner to the PowerOne Sales organization, manufacturers' representatives, customers, and consultants. You will translate customer requirements into AIRSYS PowerOne solutions, perform capacity calculations, and prepare technical proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of technical or solution sales experience in HVAC, precision cooling, thermal management, power, or mission-critical infrastructure.
• Experience selling into data centers and managing accounts.
• Willingness and ability to travel >50% domestically (and occasionally internationally).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical resource to the Sales team, manufacturers' representatives, and customers.
• Translate customer requirements into AIRSYS PowerOne solutions.
• Support product selection, system configuration, capacity calculations, and technical proposals.
• Provide technical guidance throughout the sales cycle from opportunity qualification through order.
• Develop relationships with customers, consulting engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
