Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Production Manager, located in Fayetteville, NC. The Sales and Production Manager will be responsible for managing the sales process from lead generation to closure, developing and maintaining client relationships, creating sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the manager will oversee the production process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The role includes coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and clients, as well as handling any issues that arise during the production process.
