Job summary

CNH Industrial is seeking a North America Commercial Planning professional for CASE and NHCE Construction Brands. This role focuses on demand planning, inventory and order management, and S&OP KPI reporting to drive efficient supply chain operations across the region.

The candidate will oversee inventory, support the sales team, and plan production to optimize CNH plants and OEMs, ensuring alignment with business goals and market demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a business/economics/engineering/math field.
• 5 years of relevant work experience in supply chain planning, production planning and control, or S&OP.
• Experience in managing professional and senior associate teams.

Responsibilities

• Demand planning across industry, retails, wholesales and production.
• Oversee company and dealer inventory levels.
• Manage order processing of whole goods.
• Prepare and conduct executive S&OP meetings and KPI reporting.
• Support the sales team.
• Plan production for CNH plants and OEMs to optimize inventory levels.

Job Purpose

Responsible for North America Commercial Planning Process for CASE and NHCE Construction Brands. Main activities include Demand Planning, Inventory and Order Management, Executive S&OP Meetings and S&OP KPIs reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Demand Planning (Industry, Retails, Wholesales, Production)
• Oversee company and Dealer Inventory
• Order Management of wholegoods
• Prepare and conduct executive meetings and KPIs reporting for S&OP
• Support Sales Team
• Plan production for CNH Plants and OEMs in order to optimize Inventory Levels.

Experience Required

• Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Economics, Engineering Statistics or Math
• 5 years relevant work experience on Supply Chain Planning management, Production Planning and Control or Sales and Operating Planning, preferably on Capital Goods, Automotive or related company.
• Experience on Professional and Senior Associate team management.

The annual salary for this role is USD $120,225.00 - $184,300.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
