Job summary

CNH Industrial is seeking a Quality / Process Improvement professional in Grand Island, Nebraska to lead development and maintenance of quality standards across manufacturing and supplier networks.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of related experience, with Six Sigma experience preferred. You will analyze defects, design testing setups, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure reliable, high-quality products.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements methods and procedures for process control, testing and inspection to ensure products are defect-free and function as designed.
• Designs and installs testing equipment and performs product testing to maintain quality and minimize defects.
• Analyzes reports and defective products to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborates with supplier representatives on quality problems and contributes to supplier quality improvement programs.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Job Purpose

Plans and may lead the activities concerned with development, application, and maintenance of quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and implements methods and procedures for process control, process improvement, testing and inspection to ensure that the products are free of flaws and function as designed.
• Designs and installs sophisticated testing equipment and performs product testing and analysis to maintain quality levels and minimize defects and failure rate.
• Analyzes reports and defective products to determine trends and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborates with supplier representatives on quality problems, ensures that effective corrective actions are implemented, and contributes to supplier quality improvement programs.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Experience Required

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• 1-3 years experience in a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

• Six Sigma experience.
• Experience leading Continuous Improvement Projects.
• Experience in agriculture preferred.

Pay Transparency

The annual salary for this role is $74,625 - $99,500 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.).
