Qualifications

Role Description

This is a full-time, remote Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in EU. The specialist will engage prospective and existing users, explain EliteResume’s value proposition, and guide them through product features to drive conversions and subscription growth. Daily tasks include managing the sales pipeline, conducting product demos, handling inbound and outbound inquiries, and providing customer support that reinforces long-term relationships. The role also involves collaborating on marketing campaigns, gathering user feedback, preparing training materials, and reporting on sales and marketing performance. The specialist will work closely with product and operations teams to align sales messaging with platform updates and user needs.
