We empower companies to seamlessly manage their workspace, streamline scheduling, and adapt to the ever-changing world of flexible work.

We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Sales Specialist to join our team on a contract basis to drive sales growth through effective marketing and lead generation strategies. This is a unique opportunity for someone passionate about software sales, ready to earn a lucrative percentage of all sales they generate.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our office hoteling software to businesses.
  • Identify and target potential clients, including small, medium, and large enterprises.
  • Generate, nurture, and convert leads through various marketing and sales tactics (email campaigns, content marketing, social media, etc.).
  • Conduct product demos, highlight key features, and customize pitches to meet client needs.
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to continuously refine sales strategies and optimize performance.
  • Track and report on sales performance, forecasting, and pipeline development.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development—preferably within the SaaS or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies (social media, email campaigns, content creation).
  • Ability to develop creative marketing initiatives and take a hands-on approach to lead generation.
