Company Overview:

Vignette Artists is a boutique entertainment collective curating unforgettable experiences with live music, DJs, and hybrid acts for luxury weddings and events. Based in Colorado and Arizona, we’re growing fast and seeking a creative, self-motivated Sales & Partnerships Manager to help us expand into new venues, build stronger vendor networks, and grow bookings for our roster of featured artists.

Position Summary:

The Sales & Partnerships Manager is responsible for driving new business, cultivating vendor and venue relationships, booking talent, and helping coordinate public-facing showcases. If you’re passionate about music, events, and connecting people, this is your chance to help shape the future of an exciting entertainment brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound leads and guide potential clients through the sales funnel
  • Execute outbound strategies to secure bookings and generate new leads
  • Work closely with artists to match them with events based on style and availability
  • Research and develop relationships with top venues, planners, and event professionals
  • Represent Vignette Artists at industry events, showcases, and mixers
  • Maintain a preferred vendor directory and partner with vendors on collaborative marketing efforts

Showcase Planning & Artist Booking

  • Book and schedule talent for weddings, events, and public showcases
  • Help plan and promote artist showcases in key markets
  • Coordinate logistics with artists and clients for seamless event delivery

Marketing Support

  • Assist with email campaigns, social content, and sales materials
  • Capture content and highlights at live events when applicable

Ideal Candidate Has:

  • 2+ years in event sales, entertainment booking, or wedding industry partnerships
  • A love for music, live events, and vendor collaboration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HoneyBook, Hubspot, or similar
  • Experience working independently and managing multiple priorities
  • Bonus: Experience with DJ/band booking, venue sales, or artist management

Job Type:

  • Remote | Part-Time with opportunity to grow into Full-Time
  • Flexible hours (evening and weekend availability for events preferred)
