This role involves driving sales of our premier product lines within a major retail partner, enhancing your selling, account management, and communication skills in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform sales and service to consumers, demonstrating enthusiasm and product knowledge.
  • Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with store staff and management.
  • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and understand competitors.
  • Participate in TTI training programs and apply learned skills.
  • Conduct in-store product training and demonstrations.
  • Communicate professionally with peers, customers, and management.
  • Organize demo events, store walks, trade shows, etc.
  • Develop market knowledge and communicate competitor data.
  • Ensure proper merchandising and store presentation.
  • Manage inventory levels and participate in resets and merchandising updates.
  • Sell directly to customers in retail environments.

Additional duties may be assigned as necessary, with a focus on continuous improvement in skills and processes.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in retail sales, field sales, or customer service.
  • Must be at least 21 years old with a valid U.S. driver’s license and at least one year of driving experience.
  • Ability to pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report checks.
  • Valid personal vehicle insurance.
  • Willingness to travel, including to store locations and events.
  • Potential relocation for promotional opportunities.
  • Availability to work nights and weekends.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and perform physical tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Hourly wage: $24.04 - $25.96, totaling $50,000 - $54,000 annually.
  • Incentives and contests for additional income.
  • Vehicle allowance of $400/month.

  • 401(k) with 50% match up to 8% of salary.
  • Paid holidays and PTO.
