Role Description The Sales Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Brea, CA, responsible for driving patient growth and strengthening the Crystal Dental Partners brand and partner practices. This role oversees the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns, including digital, referral, and community outreach initiatives, to increase patient acquisition and retention. The Sales Marketing Manager analyzes performance data, prepares reports, and recommends strategies to improve conversion rates, return on investment, and overall practice visibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with practice leaders and clinical teams, managing external vendors and marketing budgets, coordinating promotional materials, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. The person in this role also supports sales initiatives by identifying growth opportunities, nurturing relationships with partner practices, and contributing to strategic planning.
