Job summary

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to build referral relationships with hospitals, clinics, and senior-care organizations, and to grow census and quality mix by developing the market and guiding prospective residents and families to the right information and assistance.

The role requires a passion for serving seniors, strong communication skills, and healthcare sales experience. A Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field is preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, health care, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years of direct sales experience in healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of sales and marketing including partnerships, move-in paperwork, advertising, media, social media, and event planning.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Professional image and team elbow room; ability to work with internal/external partners.

• Proven success in developing referrals in a healthcare setting
