Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Partner Relations Coordinator to develop and manage referral networks across hospitals, clinics, and senior-service organizations. You will help grow census and quality mix by expanding market reach and coordinating with acute care sources to provide information and assistance to prospective residents and families.

The ideal candidate has a background in healthcare sales, strong communication, and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, health care, or related business field preferred.
• Minimum of two years of direct sales experience in the health care sector
• Excellent knowledge and experience in all aspects of partner relations
• Proven success in personally developing referrals from health care target markets
• Must exhibit self-confidence, enthusiasm, assertiveness, and a desire to succeed
• Must be a team player and possess the ability to establish working relationship both internally and externally
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
