  • Experience using PowerPoint, Google Workspace (Google Suite), and Canva, with examples of presentations, documents, or designs you have created.
  • A personable, friendly manner and clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort speaking with customers on the phone and communicating professionally by email.
  • A proactive approach: takes initiative, anticipates follow-up needs, and keeps tasks moving without frequent reminders.

  • Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for basic graphic design tasks.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging content tailored for diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams while managing multiple projects efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail; capable of planning marketing projects efficiently.
  • Willingness to learn our CRM, campaign processes, and products.
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to consistently work the scheduled hours.
  • Must pass a background check
