Pledge Financial LLC in Orlando is seeking a Pawnbroker / Sales Associate to assist customers with loans, purchases, and sales, while building skills in sales, negotiation, and customer service.

Responsibilities include welcoming customers, building relationships, explaining product options, and meeting store targets with team support. Prior experience is helpful but training is provided; Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply.
