Job summary

Riverside Pawn in Thomasville is hiring a Pawnbroker / Sales Associate to welcome customers, help with loans, sales, and purchases, and learn skills in negotiation and service.

You’ll build relationships, hit sales goals with your team, handle cash, and showcase products on the floor. Prior retail or customer service helps, but training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, or sales (training provided).
• Friendly, approachable, and able to connect with people from all walks of life.
• Confidence in negotiating and problem solving.
• Motivated to reach goals while always putting the customer first.
• Comfortable handling cash and doing basic math.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with loans, purchases, and sales
• Build relationships and provide excellent service to new and returning customers
• Help customers understand product options and make confident decisions
• Meet store sales and service goals with support from your team
