Job summary

Dahl Automotive in Stevens Point, WI seeks a Sales and Leasing Consultant to guide guests in finding new or used vehicles that fit their needs. You will nurture client relationships, perform product demonstrations, and drive referral business through excellent service.

We value a self-motivated, well-presented individual with strong communication and customer service skills. Prior automotive sales is a plus, but not required; a clean license is a must.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience, with preference for automotive sales.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Professional, well-groomed appearance.
• Phenomenal communication with customers and team members.
• Willingness to learn and grow in product knowledge.

Join our Dahl Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM team in Stevens Point, WI as a Sales and Leasing Consultant! If you have previous sales and/or customer service experience, we invite you to apply. In this important position, you will work with guests to help them find the new or used vehicle that meets their needs and wishes.

Responsibilities

• Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life.
• Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the in’s and the out’s of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
• Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
• Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day.

Qualifications

• Previous sales and/or customer service experience, with preference given to candidates with prior automotive sales experience (not required)
