Job summary

Dahl Automotive in Stevens Point, WI, is hiring a Sales and Leasing Consultant to help guests find new or used vehicles that meet their needs and desires. You will apply consultative selling skills, build lasting relationships, and demonstrate vehicles with confidence.

Ideal candidates have previous sales or customer service experience, excellent communication, a professional appearance, and a valid driver's license. Prior automotive experience is a plus but not required.

Join our Dahl Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM team in Stevens Point, WI as a Sales and Leasing Consultant! If you have previous sales and/or customer service experience, we invite you to apply. In this important position, you will work with guests to help them find the new or used vehicle that meets their needs and wishes.

Responsibilities

Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life.

Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.

Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the in’s and the out’s of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.

Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.

Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.

Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.

Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.

Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day.

Qualifications

Professional, well-groomed personal appearance

Previous sales and/or customer service experience, with preference given to candidates with prior automotive sales experience (not required)

Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
