We are currently seeking a creative and customer-oriented Sales and Design Specialist to join our team.

Position Summary:

The Sales and Design Specialist will be responsible for working directly with customers to understand their design preferences and guide them through the selection of materials and the design process. This role requires a blend of sales expertise, design knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients to ensure their vision is brought to life with our high-quality stone products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and design ideas for stone countertop projects
• Provide expert guidance on material selection, color options, and design layouts to suit the customer’s vision
• Create and present custom designs, helping customers visualize their projects with 3D renderings or sample boards
• Prepare accurate sales quotes, project proposals, and order forms based on customer selections
• Collaborate with the production and installation teams to ensure seamless transitions from design to execution
• Follow up with customers throughout the process to ensure satisfaction and address any questions or concerns
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of current design trends, stone materials, and pricing
• Drive sales and contribute to the company’s growth by identifying opportunities for upselling and repeat business

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, design, or interior design, preferably in the stone, construction, or cabinetry industries
• Strong knowledge of stone materials (granite, marble, quartz, etc.) and design principles
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3D rendering software) is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport with customers and guide them through the selection and design process
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
