About the Role

Do you enjoy meeting new people, solving problems, and seeing the immediate impact of your work? We’re looking for an outgoing, self-motivated sales professional who’s ready to help homeowners transform cluttered spaces into beautifully organized homes.

As a Sales & Design Consultant for The Tailored Closet and PremierGarage of Wichita, you’ll meet with homeowners, uncover their storage needs, and present customized solutions for closets, garages, pantries, and more. We provide comprehensive training in our design tools and process—so if you’re driven, confident, and love connecting with people, we’ll teach you the rest.

What You'll Do

Conduct in-home consultations and measure spaces for custom designs

Create and present 3D designs that reflect both function and style

Confidently guide customers to a purchasing decision

Network and build relationships in the community to generate leads

Follow up with prospects and manage your own schedule and appointments

Collaborate with a team that values integrity, creativity, and excellence

What We're Looking For

Sales experience is required—especially if you’re comfortable with cold calling or initiating conversations with strangers

Proven ability to build relationships and close deals

Comfort in networking environments (e.g., BNI, home shows, community events)

Professional and clear communicator—both written and verbal

Self-starter who can manage their own schedule and follow up consistently

Detail-oriented and comfortable using a tape measure and learning design software

Organized, reliable, and goal-driven
