Massage Envy Southwest Plaza in Littleton, CO is seeking friendly team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences while promoting Total Body Care. As a Sales Associate, you’ll help clients explore services, book appointments, and drive Wellness Program sales while learning about massage and skincare offerings.

This role offers both full-time and part-time options, with competitive hourly pay, bonuses, and commissions.

Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills, and multitasking ability.
• Excellent people skills and ability to build guest relationships.
• General knowledge of massage and skin care services.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and make guests feel valued.
• Educate clients on services and Wellness Program; encourage homecare purchases.
• Schedule services, answer calls, respond to emails, and greet clients.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
