What You’ll Do:
Consultative Sales & Pitching
- Respond to inbound leads, run discovery conversations to assess fit, and guide clients from interest to action.
- Craft and deliver compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs, confidently handling objections and leading pricing conversations with flexibility and professionalism.
- Continuously refine sales materials and outreach based on performance data and feedback.
Sales Strategy & Pipeline Management
- Use our CRM to manage your pipeline, track deal progress, and keep client records up to date.
- Report on sales activity, client feedback, and forecasted results to inform strategy and improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with the team to hit and exceed revenue targets by proactively identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.
Client Success & Relationship Growth
- Serve as the primary liaison for our clients - building trust, staying top-of-mind through regular outreach campaigns, and helping them get the most value from our programmes.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding evolving client goals and matching them with the right solutions.

Criteria:
- Experience: 2-3+ Years in Sales/Account Management: Proven track record of managing client accounts and achieving sales targets. Experience in B2B sales, particularly in training, consultancy, or tech industries, is a strong advantage.
- Event & Networking Experience: Prior experience in planning, attending, or creating networking events to foster business relationships and generate leads.

- Prospecting skills. Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
- CRM Proficient. Experience with Pipedrive is a bonus.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and presentation software such as PowerPoint and Excel.
- AI proficiency to build workflows and automate repetitive tasks
Education:
- Preferred: Diploma/Degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field.
Bonus Points:
- Strong organisational skills.
- Familiarity with Apple OS and Keynote software.
