Job summary

HealthFitness, a Trustmark company, seeks a data-driven Sales Analytics Specialist to support national sales operations. The role focuses on reporting, data mining, and optimization of case participation and sales trends across internal systems.

You will collaborate with sales, operations, and underwriting to deliver accurate, stakeholder-ready insights. Proficiency in Excel, Word, Salesforce, and data visualization tools is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or two or more years of experience in reporting or data management.
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to find meaningful relationships.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple projects with deadlines.
• Strong technical skills to merge data from various sources and translate into user-friendly reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel with advanced features.
• Able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, with strong presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities.
• Well organized with sound judgment to make decisions based on data.

Responsibilities

• Assist National Sales in proposal fulfillment and sales operations activities.
• Gather client and company information to assess business effectiveness.
• Update proposal tracking system and coordinate with internal/external partners.
• Produce standard and custom client/broker reports using Salesforce, Excel, Insights, and Word.
• Analyze data to identify sales trends and financial information; present findings to management.
• Maintain Sales Compensation contracts and special case agreements; manage RSX marketing expenses and invoices.
