Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 3-7 years of experience in supply chain analytics, network optimization, logistics, operations planning, or supply chain strategy.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, data modeling, scenario analysis, and dashboard development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into business recommendations.
• Ability to create professional PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate insights and influence decision-making.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantitative supply chain analyses to support strategic decisions, including transportation optimization and network design.
• Analyze sourcing, production, inventory, and distribution data to identify cost savings and efficiencies.
• Compile, validate, and manage large datasets for strategic planning, supplier evaluations, and 3PL partnerships.
• Develop clear presentations and executive summaries communicating findings and impacts.
• Create and execute business cases for capital investments and network changes.
• Lead analyses to actionable conclusions by aligning stakeholders on recommendations.
• Collaborate with operations, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, finance, sales, and commercial teams.
• Build and maintain advanced supply chain models, including customer network optimization and transportation simulations.
