Triumvirate Environmental in Somerville, MA is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support the sales organization with metrics reporting, analytics, and QBR preparation. This role focuses on data-driven insights to guide coaching, planning, and leadership reporting.

Initially onsite, the position will move to a hybrid schedule after 90 days based on approvals. You will pull and validate data from CRM and reporting systems, build dashboards, and maintain a regular cadence of reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, data analytics, finance, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and draw actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Excel/spreadsheet tools and CRM/reporting software; PowerPoint skills for building presentation decks.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
• Comfortable managing recurring deadlines across weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of sales operations, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship
• Must have reliable form of transportation

Responsibilities

• Sales Metrics Reporting: Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports and dashboards on sales team performance, including pipeline health, quota attainment, activity levels, win rates, and revenue trends.
• QBR Deck Coordination: Build and maintain pre-populated QBR slide decks for each sales representative, pulling in accurate data and distributing the decks.
• Annual Performance Trends: Compile yearly trend reports on individual sales rep performance and quota attainment history for coaching and planning.
• Data Analysis: Analyze sales data across CRM and reporting systems and translate findings for leadership.
• Reporting Cadence: Maintain a regular reporting calendar (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual).
• CRM & Systems Support: Use Oracle CX and other systems to pull and reconcile performance data.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and reduce manual work.
• Communication: Communicate with reps and leadership to distribute materials and support decision making.
