Job summary

Triumvirate Environmental, a leading environmental services firm, seeks a Sales Operations Analyst in Somerville, MA. You will support the sales organization with metrics reporting, performance analytics, and QBR preparation, building presentation-ready decks and yearly trend analyses for coaching and planning.

The role focuses on reporting and analytics, not prospecting, based at our Somerville headquarters with a hybrid schedule after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Excel/spreadsheet tools and CRM/reporting software; PowerPoint skills for decks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare recurring and ad hoc sales reports and dashboards (pipeline health, quota attainment, activity levels, win rates, revenue trends).
• Build and maintain pre-populated QBR slide decks for each sales rep and distribute for commentary and presentation.
• Analyze yearly performance trends and highlight growth, attainment history, and opportunities for coaching and planning.
• Analyze sales data across CRM and reporting systems and translate findings into clear leadership summaries.
• Maintain a regular reporting cadence (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual) for visibility into performance metrics.
• Pull, validate, and reconcile performance data using Oracle CX and other systems.
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and improve dashboard usability.
• Communicate with reps, leadership, and Sales Operations to distribute materials and support data-driven decisions.
