Job summary

Bayer offers a 12-week Finance Analyst Intern program in Missouri as part of its North America Finance Summer Internship. You will support financial reporting, dashboard development, and analyses across Accounting, Treasury, Tax, R&D Finance, Product Supply, and Commercial Finance.

You will work with cross-functional teams, gain exposure to multiple finance areas, and build business acumen, communication, and analytics while aligning assignments with priorities and candidate interests.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field with finance or accounting coursework completed.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and interest in financial reporting, business analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to Power BI or ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support financial reporting, data preparation, analysis, and business presentations.
Assist with dashboard development, Excel-based models, spend reports, and forecast tools.
Contribute to Accounting, Treasury, Tax activities including cash flow analysis and transfer pricing.
