Job summary

Bayer invites talented students to join as Sales Analyst Intern (Walmart) in Rogers, AR for a 12-week program. You will collaborate with Sales Strategy & Operations, Marketing, and Customer Teams to align strategies with customer needs and develop national/brand category plans.

Gain hands-on experience in data analysis, presentation, and strategic recommendations. Qualified candidates are pursuing a business bachelor’s or MBA, with strong communication, organization, and initiative.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in business or MBA, to graduate between Dec this year or Jun next.
• Strong written and verbal communication for clear presentations.
• Willing to commit to 12 weeks, 40 hours/week, Mon–Fri, May 2026–Aug 2026.
• Eligible to work in the US now and in the future; proficient in Windows (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional teams to develop national/brand category plans and strategies.
• Assist in pulling and analyzing syndicated and customer POS data.
• Develop recommendations based on data analysis from various sources.
• Assist the team to enhance and improve business results.
• Communicate results, ideas, and/or suggestions in written and verbal formats.
• Prepare an oral presentation of project results to Bayer management at internship end.
