Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Sales Analyst Co-Op in Whippany, NJ to analyze syndicated and customer POS data and develop data‑driven recommendations. You will support the team with analytics, collaborate across Sales Strategy, Marketing and Field Sales, and present insights to internal partners.

The role requires pursuing a Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing, availability January through June 2027, and a 40‑hour work week in a hybrid setup three days per week at the Whippany office.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Eligible to work in the US now and in the future.
• Willing to commit to a full 6‑month Co-op, 40 hours/week, Mon–Fri.
• Able to work in Whippany, NJ office 3 days a week (hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Pull and analyze syndicated and customer POS data to support business decisions.
• Develop clear, data-driven recommendations from diverse sources.
• Provide analytical/operational support to enhance business results.
• Communicate insights to stakeholders in writing and verbally.
• Collaborate with BCH colleagues across Sales Strategy, Marketing and Field Sales.
• Assist with special projects and presentations showcasing findings.
