Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Sales Analyst Intern in Whippany, NJ to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop national brand plans and align Sales Strategy with Marketing objectives. Data-driven decisions will drive business outcomes and strategic recommendations.

The internship targets a business/marketing undergraduate, US work eligibility, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills. The role is hybrid and requires in-office presence three days per week in Whippany.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in business or marketing.
• Eligible to work in the US now and in the future.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Hybrid role in Whippany, NJ office 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional teams to develop national and/or brand category plans and strategies for the assigned project, aligning Sales Strategy and Operations and Marketing objectives to customer needs;
• Assist in pulling and analyzing syndicated and customer POS data to support strategic decision-making;
• Develop recommendations based on the analysis of data from various sources to enhance and improve business results;
• Communicate results, ideas, and suggestions both in written and verbal formats;
• Interact with Bayer Consumer Health (BCH) colleagues across various job functions within Consumer Health Sales Strategy & Operations, Marketing, and Customer Teams/Field Sales;
• Develop negotiation tactics to deliver mutually acceptable outputs;
• Conduct an oral presentation of project results and key learnings to Bayer management upon completion of the internship.
