Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Sophomore or junior status with at least 3 semesters left in school (May 2026 grad or later).
• Able to work 15-20 hours per week during school year and 40 hours per week during summer and winter breaks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Software (PowerPoint and Excel).
• Strong analytical skills.
• Displays strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Knowledge of marketing and social media industry trends.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales team to provide tools for successful retail execution of goals and objectives.
• Analyze consumer insights and prepare timely analysis of objectives, execution and future planning.
• Spearhead projects across multiple functional areas and coordinate internal/external communications.
• Manage special projects (e.g., customer promo ROI, communications, competitive activity).
