Job summary
Liberty Tire Recycling is seeking a Business Sales Analyst in Sanford, NC to serve as an embedded analytical and planning resource for the Outbound Sales division. You will translate data from multiple systems into actionable analysis, forecasts, and recommendations, collaborating with Sales, Operations, Finance, Procurement, and leadership across Liberty’s network.
The role emphasizes AI-enabled forecasting, dashboards, and scenario modeling to improve business decision-making and planning
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in business analytics, financial analysis, or related field.
- Experience with data from multiple enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, finance).
- Expertise in Advanced Planning Systems, Power BI, Tableau or similar tools.
- Strong Excel skills and ability to build dashboards and models.
Responsibilities
- Analyze sales volume, revenue, pricing, margin, and customer performance.
- Develop recurring reporting; highlight variances, trends, risks, opportunities.
- Evaluate profitability by customer and product; assess costs and pricing.
- Monitor pricing realization and identify leakage or erosion opportunities.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and longer-term planning.
- Build decision-support tools and concise analyses for leadership.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Procurement and plant leaders.
