Qualifications

• Five or more years of fleet or asset management experience.
• Experience leasing and negotiating vendor agreements.
• Strong financial analysis including total cost of ownership modeling.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Ability to work across sites and corporate functions to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage Liberty's fleet of tractors, trailers, forklifts, loaders, and other equipment.
• Track lease and rental agreements, dates, rates, buyouts, returns.
• Maintain fleet planning calendar for renewals, returns, extensions.
• Review utilization and right-size fleets across sites.
• Recommend purchases, leases, redeployments, retirements.
• Review invoices, resolve billing issues, recover overcharges.
• Develop fleet replacement and capital plans based on age and utilization.
• Monitor costs, vendor performance, and risks; report to leadership.
