Job summary

Ghirardelli is seeking a data-driven Sales & Planning professional to support Meijer, HEB, SpartanNash and other customers. You will develop dashboards, analyze performance, and help forecast and plan promotions while coordinating with internal teams and retail partners.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, efficiency in reporting, and collaboration on annual business planning. A strong analytical background and experience in the CPG or grocery channel are preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and performance analyses to track shipments, consumption, distribution, and promotions.
• Support annual business planning, sales forecasts, and growth projections.
• Identify risks and opportunities to improve forecast accuracy and promotional effectiveness.
• Set up and maintain trade spending plans using XTEL system.
• Prepare customer-facing and internal presentations translating data into insights and next steps.
• Assist with item setup, contract input, and supporting retail partners.
