Job summary

Ghirardelli is seeking a Sales Analytics Specialist to support Meijer, HEB, SpartanNash and other customers with data-driven insights. You will develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and analyses to track shipments, consumption, distribution, promo results, and progress against objectives.

This role partners with sales teams on annual planning, forecasts, and growth projections, and sets up trade spend plans in XTEL.

Qualifications

Experience in building sales reports, dashboards, and performance analyses.
Familiarity with trade spend planning and forecasting processes.
Industry knowledge in CPG/confectionery and grocery channels preferred.
Strong numerical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and analyses to track shipments, consumption, promotions and objectives.
Support annual business planning, forecasts and growth projections with data-driven inputs.
Prepare customer-facing presentations that translate complex data into clear recommendations.
Set up and manage trade spend plans and input contracts with internal and distributor partners.
Collaborate with sales teams and customers to optimize reporting accuracy and efficiency.
Prepare customer-facing and internal presentations with data-driven insights and recommendations.
Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and improve data accuracy.
