Ghirardelli is seeking a Sales Analytics Specialist to support Meijer, HEB, and SpartanNash accounts from a home office in the United States. You will build and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and analyses to track shipments, consumption, and promotional results, translating data into actionable recommendations.

You will assist with annual planning, forecast accuracy, and trade spend management in the XTEL system, while collaborating with sales teams and distributors to optimize performance

Formación

• CPG/confectionery or grocery experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Experience with sales reporting and data analysis in a consumer goods context is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and analyses to track shipments, consumption, and promotional results.
• Support annual business planning, sales forecasts, and growth projections; identify risks and opportunities to improve forecast accuracy.
• Analyze customer and category performance to identify growth opportunities and promotional effectiveness.
• Set up and maintain trade spending plans in XTEL system.
• Prepare customer-facing and internal presentations that translate data into insights and actionable steps.
• Collaborate with internal teams and distributors to manage item setup and contract input; research deductions and post audits.
