Job summary

Ghirardelli is seeking a data-driven sales planning analyst to support multiple customers, including Meijer and SpartanNash. You will develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and analyses to track shipments, consumption, distribution, and promotional results.

You will assist with annual planning, forecasts, and growth projections. Preferred candidates have CPG and grocery-channel experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and are comfortable traveling ~5% of the time.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience within the CPG channel (confectionary desirable).
• Preferred direct experience with the grocery channel (Meijer experience desirable).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or Accounting desirable.
• Willingness to travel approximately 5% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple customers including Meijer, HEB, and SpartanNash; develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards.
• Analyze shipments, consumption, distribution, and promotional results; track progress against objectives.
• Assist in annual business planning, sales forecasts, and growth projections.
• Identify risks and opportunities to improve forecast accuracy; prepare presentations for stakeholders.
• Set up and maintain trade spending plans in XTEL; manage contracts and item setup with distributors.
• Collaborate with internal teams and retail partners; ensure data accuracy and streamline reporting.
