Job summary

RxSight seeks a Sales Analyst to transform sales, account, and market data into standardized performance reporting and dashboards. Qualifications

• BA / BS in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Analytics, or a related field.
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in sales or commercial analytics, sales operations, or business analysis.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including modeling, pivot tables, and lookup.
• Experience creating Salesforce reports and dashboards; Power BI preferred.
• Knowledge of territory mapping and integrating external market data.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports for sales and commercial leadership.
• Build and maintain standardized sales performance reporting across rep, territory, region, account, and product views.
• Track performance against quota, forecast, and key KPIs; surface trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Standardize recurring reporting to reduce manual and ad hoc effort.
• Analyze account and surgeon-level trends and build territory-based models to guide targeting.
• Support quota setting and forecasting analyses with Finance and Commercial Programs.
