Responsibilities

• Анализ воронок продаж и поиск узких мест для повышения эффективности.

Sumsub provides AI-powered trust infrastructure for compliance operations, connecting identity and business verification, fraud prevention, transaction monitoring, and risk workflows. Its platform helps teams reduce manual work and enter new markets.

Задачи:

• Analyze sales performance, including pipeline development, conversion rates, sales cycle length, and sales team effectiveness
• Build, maintain, and improve dashboards for sales teams to track pipeline, conversions, and revenue
• Support sales stakeholders with ad hoc analyses, metric investigations, and reporting
• Analyze sales funnels, track conversions between stages, and identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve performance
• Collaborate with sales teams and the unit economics team to support consistent definitions, metrics, and data models
• Improve data quality, align metric definitions, and reduce inconsistencies across dashboards and reports
• Support the day-to-day analytical needs of sales teams and contribute to long-term improvements in sales analytics

Требования:

• 2–4 Years of data analytics experience, including hands-on sales analytics experience
• Strong SQL skills
• Practical experience with sales metrics, pipeline analysis, conversion rates, or sales KPI frameworks
• Experience building clear, actionable dashboards for non-technical stakeholders
• Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with sales stakeholders
• Ability to investigate problems, explain metric changes, and turn data into actionable insights
